So I don’t have to pay for a ticket to each concert I attend, it is just included in my monthly dues?
Yes! You pay only $10 per month to attend as many concerts as you want, no additional ticket charges apply.
I just ordered my concert membership. Can I start attending concerts immediately?
Once your order has been received and processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email and you can start reserving your seats!
This is such a great deal — what’s the catch?
There is no catch! We are committed to making our concerts as accessible as possible to our community.
How do I reserve my ticket(s)?
You will receive an email one week prior to a concert asking you to let us know that you will be attending. Your ticket(s) will be available at the Membership Table at EJ Thomas Hall on the night of the concert.
What if my plans change. Can I show up the night of the concert?
We prefer that you let us know in advance, but if your plans change you can show up at a concert and inquire about seat availability at the Membership Table in the ticket lobby. Our staff will look up your account to verify that you have an active concert membership and will help you find a seat if there are any available for that concert. The best way to ensure you can get a seat for the concerts you’d like to attend is to reserve your seats when you receive your reminder email.
Am I guaranteed a seat?
Seating is subject to availability. Reserve your seats in advance for best availability. If a concert you want to attend is sold out, you can choose from any other concerts to attend throughout the season, or you can keep trying to get tickets to the sold out concert as tickets are often turned back by others who are no longer able to attend.
If I really like my seats, can I get the same seats at all the concerts I attend?
Only season ticket holders are guaranteed the same seats to every concert in their package. If you reserve your seats early, you might be able to reserve the same seats at some of your concerts. However, members are not guaranteed the same seats for every concert.
My friend is a member. Can we sit together?
Yes! Just let us know when you are ordering your ticket and we will seat you together, based on availability.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately. Your credit card will then be charged once per month on the same date of your initial membership purchase (i.e. if you order your membership on the 5th of the month, you will be charged on the 5th of every month thereafter). We auto bill your credit card every month, on the same day of the month that your concert membership was activated.
What if I change my mind and want to cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time — just contact our office at (330) 535-8131.
Why do I have to provide you with an email address?
All communications about concerts and membership benefits will be sent via email. We’ll send you emails about upcoming concerts as well as courtesy reminder emails when you have tickets for a concert that is coming up. Concert reminders come complete with information about the program and alerts so you can allow extra time to get to the venue. Communicating via email allows us to get information to you as quickly as possible and saves on paper waste. It is the best way to keep you up to date about your concert membership.
