A Night at the Races

Please join us as we bet on real horse races at A Night at the Races. Enjoy a catered buffet dinner by Old Carolina BBQ, and see what’s on tap at R.Shea Brewing! All funds raised at this event will benefit the Akron Symphony Orchestra’s 2023-2024 activities, including concerts, educational programming, outreach initiatives, and more.

A Night at the Races is a fundraiser that uses horse race videos to raise funds for an organization. Guests who attend the event will bid on the final results of each race, shown on a large video screen. Once all bets are in, the race is won and a winner determined.

Tickets are $75 for one person or $135 for a couple. We don’t have table sponsorships for this event, but we DO have sponsorship opportunities for both the races (10 total) and the horses in the race (10 per race for nine races). The final race will be an Auction Race, and each horse will be auctioned off (approximately halfway through the evening).
