For groups of 10 or more attending a single performance, we will be happy to coordinate your ticket request and answer any questions you may have to plan the perfect concert experience for your group.

What size does my group have to be?
Group sales pricing is offered on purchases of 10 tickets or more for the same performance in the same section.
Can I purchase group tickets online?
Not at this time. You must purchase group tickets through our ticket office by phone at 330.535.8131.
What discounts are offered for groups?
Groups of 10 or more can save 20 percent. Group discounts may vary based on the performance.
Are there any additional fees?
All associated fees are included in your ticket price. There are no additional fees.
When is the final payment due for group sales orders?
Payment is due in full 30 days prior to the selected performance date. A 50 percent non-refundable deposit is required when the order is placed and the balance must be paid 30 days prior to the performance date. If payment is not received by 30 days prior to the performance, your tickets will be released for sale to the public.
Can a group make individual payments?
Your group leader is responsible for collecting all payments for the order. Both the deposit and final payment should be made with one check or one credit card.
Can I change my order?
You may purchase additional tickets up to the day of the concert, subject to availability. Seats added after the initial order may not be with the group. Seats may be subtracted before the final payment is made as long as your total number stays above the minimum requirement. However, once the final payment is made, you may not subtract seats from your order.
Can I request specific seats?
Group sales only require a choice of seating zone. We will make every attempt to accommodate specific seat requests, but cannot guarantee requests will be fulfilled.
Can you accommodate seating for patrons with special needs?
Please include all special needs requests with your order and we will make every attempt to accommodate your requests.
How will I receive my tickets?
Once the final payment has been made on your order, we can either mail your tickets directly to you or hold them at the VIP Table for pick up the night of the performance. If you wish to receive your tickets by mail, they will be sent to your group leader, who is then responsible for distributing the tickets to individuals.
